The staff were friendly (especially at reception). The location of the hotel was very convenient. I enjoyed the provided breakfast. It included a variety of options.

The room seemed to lack proper sound insulation. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms. The television remote was not functioning properly. This made navigating channels a bit frustrating, so I could not enjoy the TV.

the room was large and quiet. the bed was comfortable (i slept well). an excellent pub nearby serves great meals. the hotel is set in attractive parklands.

the staff let the downstairs door slam shut early in the morning. it wasn't pleasing. the tv didn't work, and i ended up watching something on my tablet. the hotel is showing its age everywhere.
